Overview:
I was contracted by MotorStore.com to lead a complete UX/UI redesign aimed at improving the online shopping experience and increasing overall sales conversion.

Challenge:
The existing desktop and mobile sites had outdated interfaces, unclear navigation, and a cluttered product layout, which led to low user engagement and high cart abandonment rates.

Approach:
